Maintain kitchen cleanliness and support the culinary team at Zion View Ella Green Retreat, a scenic mountain retreat hotel in the Ella region.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and dining areas
• Wash and organize utensils, crockery, and cooking equipment
• Support kitchen team with daily operational needs
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Previous kitchen steward or hospitality experience preferred
• Physical fitness and willingness to work varied shifts
• Positive attitude and team player
• Basic understanding of food hygiene practices
