About the Role

Assist in food preparation and kitchen operations at Galavilla Boutique Hotel & Spa in Kandy, supporting senior chefs in delivering quality cuisine to hotel guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs with food preparation and mise en place
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen areas
• Follow recipes and preparation standards
• Support food service during meal periods
• Receive and store food supplies properly

Requirements

• Hotel school training or culinary background preferred
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Physical stamina for kitchen work
• Basic food safety knowledge
