Prepare hot and cold cuisine at Samanmal Chinese Restaurant in Matara, maintaining authentic Chinese flavours and high quality standards for this established dining venue.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold dishes following established recipes
• Maintain authentic Chinese cuisine standards and flavours
• Manage food preparation and mise en place
• Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety compliance
• Coordinate with kitchen team during service periods
• Control food costs and minimize wastage

Requirements

• Proven experience as a kitchen chef, preferably Chinese cuisine
• Knowledge of hot and cold kitchen techniques
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene
• Team player with positive work attitude
