Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs
- Manage reservations and room allocation
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing
- Provide local area information and assistance to guests
Requirements
- Previous receptionist or front office experience preferred
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with booking systems
- Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays
