About the Role

Maintain guest rooms and common areas at Crystal Springs Luxury Hotel in Ella to the highest standards, supporting an exceptional stay experience for guests visiting Sri Lanka's scenic hill country.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to 4-star hotel standards
• Replenish amenities, toiletries, and supplies in rooms
• Maintain cleanliness of corridors and common areas
• Report maintenance issues and damaged items to supervisors
• Assist with laundry and linen management
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards in facility areas

Requirements

• Previous room assistant or housekeeping experience preferred
• Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
• Physical fitness for regular shift work
• Pleasant attitude towards guests
• Willingness to work in shifts
