Responsibilities
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for hotel guests
- Manage hot and cold kitchen sections independently
- Develop and maintain menus suited to international and local guest preferences
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
- Manage food inventory and minimize wastage
- Coordinate with hotel management on special dietary requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience as an all-round chef or kitchen-in-charge
- Ability to manage kitchen operations independently
- Good knowledge of international and Sri Lankan cuisine
- Food safety and hygiene certification
- Positive attitude and team player
