Prepare authentic Chinese cuisine at Hotel Everest in Kadawatha, Gampaha, managing hot kitchen operations and maintaining quality standards for the restaurant's Chinese menu.

Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Chinese dishes to high quality standards
• Manage hot kitchen section for Chinese cuisine service
• Control food costs, portions, and waste
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Train kitchen assistants in Chinese cooking techniques
• Coordinate with restaurant management on menu planning

Requirements

• Proven experience in Chinese cuisine cooking
• Ability to manage kitchen section independently
