About the Role

Drive projects from planning to completion by efficiently managing timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder coordination at a top Sri Lankan apparel company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans with timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Define project objectives and deliverables with stakeholder collaboration
• Monitor progress and identify risks
• Manage scope and change requests
• Maintain complete project documentation
• Coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and vendors
• Track and report project status
• Conduct post-mortems for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or project management
• Proven project management experience with successful delivery track record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Proficiency in project management software
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
