Responsibilities

Prepare cost plans and bills of quantities
Manage contractual documentation
Handle claims preparation and submission
Coordinate with project teams and clients

Requirements

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
Experience in large-scale construction projects
Knowledge of FIDIC or other standard contracts
