About the Role
Analyse and debug application logs, manage databases, and resolve technical issues for enterprise software clients.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and interpret code functionality while debugging application logs
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Manage databases and write SQL queries
- Handle production backlogs with client communication
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar support role
- Java and SQL proficiency
- UNIX/Linux knowledge
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
