About the Role
Sales-focused role supporting retail banking growth through customer relationship building and needs-based selling of credit card and personal loan products at HSBC Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily/weekly/monthly sales activities aligned with strategy
- Achieve individual sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales activity records
- Build corporate relationships for business opportunities
- Follow needs-based selling methodology
- Comply with sales ethics and confidentiality standards
Requirements
- GCE O/L and/or A/L completion
- One year related industry experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Goal-oriented innovative approach
