About the Role
Coordinate nursing staff deployment, manage employee-related matters, and support HR operations for a nursing home.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deploy nursing staff to patients' residences
- Manage employee-related matters and daily staff coordination
- Answer employee calls and provide assistance
- Maintain staff records and documentation
- Support HR and administrative operations
Requirements
- Male candidate, ages 25-50
- Minimum 2 years HR or similar experience
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
