About the Role
Manage weekly production scheduling, quality inspections, material consumption and shift operations at the Avissawella FMCG manufacturing plant.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement weekly production scheduling and material availability
- Monitor production parameters and conduct quality inspections
- Manage material consumption variance and batch traceability
- Oversee housekeeping and coordinate equipment maintenance
- Maintain compliance with QMS, FSMS and SHE systems
- Schedule shifts and manage labour costs within budget
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university
- 1–2 years experience in FMCG manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
