Lead restaurant operations for an international food brand with approximately 20 outlets across Sri Lanka, managing staff and ensuring service standards.

Responsibilities

Manage daily restaurant operations
Lead, train, and motivate service staff
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Monitor revenue and operational KPIs

Requirements

Minimum 1 year restaurant management experience
O/Level education minimum
Strong leadership and communication skills
