About the Role

Prepare and serve specialty coffees and beverages, maintaining quality and presentation standards in a professional catering environment in Colombo 3.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, and presentation
Maintain barista station cleanliness
Monitor supply stock levels
Support beverage operations during peak service
Follow sanitation standards

Requirements

Certificate/NVQ Level 4 in Hospitality, Food & Beverage
Prior bar counter experience mandatory
Minimum 3 years experience
Age 25-40 years preferred
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
