About the Role
Softlogic Holdings seeks a solar energy sales executive to drive residential, commercial, and industrial solar sales in Colombo.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales strategies for residential, commercial, industrial solar segments
- Assess customer needs and propose solutions
- Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors
- Develop detailed sales plans with quota breakdowns
- Enhance sales processes and methodologies
Requirements
- O/L education
- 1+ year sales & marketing in solar/renewable energy sector
- Understanding of solar PV systems and net metering
- English and Sinhala fluency
- Age below 35
- Team player
