About the Role
Premier Entrance Technologies in Pannipitiya seeks a quantity surveyor with diploma/degree and construction experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, estimates, and cost reports
- Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements
- Monitor project costs and variations
- Prepare payment applications and valuations
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and suppliers
- Assist in tender preparation and contract administration
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Previous construction/QS experience advantageous
- MS Office and QS software proficiency
