About the Role

Samanmal Chinese Restaurant in Matara seeks an experienced chef skilled in Chinese, Indian, Sri Lankan, and fusion cuisines including BBQ, grill, and pizza.

Responsibilities

• Manage hot and cold kitchen sections
• Prepare diverse cuisine including Chinese, Indian, Sri Lankan, burgers, grills, BBQ, and pizza
• Maintain food quality standards working independently

Requirements

• Skilled apprentice level
• 4 years kitchen experience
• Age below 55
• Egg Roti, Vegetable Roti, Rolls, Samosa preparation preferred
