- Manage hot and cold kitchen sections
- Prepare diverse cuisine including Chinese, Indian, Sri Lankan, burgers, grills, BBQ, and pizza
- Maintain food quality standards working independently
Requirements
- Skilled apprentice level
- 4 years kitchen experience
- Age below 55
- Egg Roti, Vegetable Roti, Rolls, Samosa preparation preferred
