Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the hospital's nursing team
• Establish and maintain nursing standards and protocols
• Ensure patient safety and quality of care
• Manage nursing rosters and staffing levels

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Nursing or equivalent
• Registered Nurse with current SLNC registration
• Minimum 8 years nursing experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
