About the Role
BMS Campus in Colombo 6 is seeking full-time Lecturers across business and management disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and tutorials in assigned modules
- Develop and update course materials and reading lists
- Assess student coursework and examinations
- Supervise student projects
- Participate in academic quality assurance activities
Requirements
- Master's degree in relevant discipline (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 2 years lecturing experience at higher education level
- Strong subject expertise
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
