About the Role
Sanguine Engineering is looking for Supervisors to oversee construction crews and activities on site.
Responsibilities
- Supervise construction labourers and tradespeople on site
- Ensure daily work targets are met to schedule and quality standards
- Monitor and enforce safety practices
- Report progress and issues to site engineer
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience supervising construction teams
- Certificate or NVQ in construction or equivalent
- Strong supervisory and communication skills
