About the Role
DBC Holdings in Wattala is recruiting an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support their QS team.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior QS in preparing bills of quantities and cost estimates
- Take off quantities from drawings
- Compile cost data and assist in preparing reports
- Support tender preparation and evaluation
Requirements
- HND or degree in Quantity Surveying (pursuing or completed)
- 0–2 years experience in QS role
- Good numeracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel
