About the Role

Mid-level AI/ML engineer to design, deploy and optimize machine learning models including LLMs and NLP systems at a Colombo AI firm.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy ML models with NLP focus
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance
• Develop APIs to expose AI functionalities
• Research and implement advanced AI techniques
• Monitor model performance and implement improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, AI, ML or related field
• 2+ years hands-on production ML experience
• Strong mathematics and statistics foundation
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Performance monitoring expertise
