About the Role
Manage end-to-end production of pet treatment products at a Battaramulla lab, overseeing inventory, team supervision and ISO compliance with a salary of LKR 75,000–100,000.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end production with timely stock delivery
- Order raw materials and oversee inventory management
- Supervise production team and drive daily targets
- Maintain SOPs and ISO standards
- Handle regulatory approvals and certificate renewals
Requirements
- BSc in Science (Chemistry major or similar)
- 2+ years manufacturing/production experience
- Team leadership capability
- ISO 9001/ISO 45001 knowledge
- Fluent English communication skills
