About the Role

Coordinate product development and technical support for wet processing, analyzing requirements to develop garment dye solutions and manage finish innovation at Welisara.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and market trends to develop garment dye solutions
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams on finishing innovation
• Manage dye and wash development processes
• Ensure quality standards and production readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ year diploma in Textile, Clothing, Fabric Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant wet processing, R&D, or sample coordination experience
• Product lifecycle management experience preferred
