Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategy for VSM operations
• Drive achievement of targets across cutting, production, and finishing functions
• Ensure on-time shipment of products that meet customer specifications
• Manage overall production output and capability improvements
• Lead and oversee the VSM team

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Clothing Technology
• 8-10+ years of manufacturing experience
• Minimum 3 years leading production operations at a large facility
