About the Role
Manage payroll, EPF/ETF, employee records, recruitment, attendance, and HR compliance for Ecarro Global's Colombo operations.
Responsibilities
- Payroll operations including salary sheet preparation, EPF/ETF calculations, and compliance
- Calculate overtime, incentives, and allowances
- Maintain comprehensive employee records
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and attendance management
- Assist with performance appraisals and training initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Accounting, or Commerce
- PQHRM (CIPM) or CHRM/CCHRM preferred
- AAT or CMA advantage
- 2 years minimum experience
- Strong MS Office and HR/payroll software proficiency
