Responsibilities
- Handle workplace relations, employee grievances, and disciplinary procedures per labor law
- Manage payroll administration and attendance tracking
- Oversee employee welfare initiatives
- Ensure legal compliance in HR operations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years HR management experience
- In-depth knowledge of Sri Lankan Labor Law and statutory requirements (EPF, ETF)
- Strong leadership and conflict-resolution abilities
- Degree qualification
