About the Role
Maintain employee attendance and leave records, prepare monthly invoices and salary documentation, and handle labor matters for Crown Royal Holdings' head office.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain all employees' attendance and leave records
- Prepare monthly invoices and salary documentation
- Assist with labor matters and employee grievances
- Handle EPF/ETF and gratuity preparations
- Manage petty cash and reconciliation
- Maintain personnel files and documentation
Requirements
- Diploma in HR or Business Administration
- 4 years experience
- Excellent English and Sinhala communication
- Knowledge in accounting packages
- Age below 35 years
