About the Role

Senior IT leadership role managing enterprise IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and security systems while leading desktop and helpdesk support teams.

Responsibilities

• Support LANs, WANs, and network segments
• Implement security controls, backups, and firewalls
• Troubleshoot user-reported issues
• Manage network servers and technology tools
• Lead desktop and helpdesk support teams
• Administer servers, computers, printers, and networking equipment

Requirements

• IT diploma or degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years experience in Windows servers, VPN, Cisco wireless, and related technologies
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• 24/7 availability capability
