About the Role

Senior IT project management role delivering technology and business transformation initiatives across banking and financial services, ensuring compliance with Central Bank of Sri Lanka guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT and digital transformation project delivery
• Develop plans, schedules, and progress dashboards
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Ensure compliance with Central Bank of Sri Lanka guidelines and audit standards
• Manage project risks and vendor deliverables
• Oversee project closure and knowledge transfer

Requirements

• 7+ years project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or Project Management
• Banking systems knowledge including digital banking, payments, and lending
• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or AgilePM certification preferred
