Key Responsibilities: Collaborate on creative ideas and contribute design sketches and concepts; Maintain design documentation including sketches, mood boards, and tech packs; Coordinate with manufacturing team on project execution; Research fabric and material trends aligned with sustainability; Assist in creating technical drawings and specifications; Monitor fashion trends and competitor developments

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field; Passion for aesthetic and inclusive fashion; Proficiency in design software with strong sketching skills; Attention to detail
