HR and administration professional to manage employee lifecycle, HR operations, payroll, and compliance in a fast-paced technology company.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee employee onboarding/offboarding and probation management; Process confirmations, extensions, promotions, and terminations; Maintain HRIS data and employee records; Prepare payroll information and HR analytics; Ensure compliance with labor laws and ISO standards; Manage administrative tasks and employee engagement activities
Requirements: 2-3 years HR & Administration experience; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, or related field; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel; Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
