About the Role
1-year fixed-term contract role to participate in HRIS implementation, develop test plans, monitor system performance, and collaborate across HR, IT, and vendor teams.
Key Responsibilities: Actively participate in workshops and meetings to document and analyze business requirements; Develop and execute test plans for system validation; Monitor system performance, data integrity, and security; Collaborate across HR, IT, and vendor teams
Requirements: Experience in system implementation projects with UAT focus; Knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management); Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Data analysis and validation proficiency; Excellent communication skills
