About the Role

Design, implement, and maintain test cases for CRM/ERP software using manual and automation testing techniques at a Battaramulla tech company.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, execute, and maintain test cases
• Identify, analyze, and report bugs
• Execute various testing methodologies (Functional, Regression, API, Smoke, UAT)
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts
• Perform SQL-based data validation
• Participate in requirement clarification meetings

Requirements

• IT or Computer Science degree or related qualification
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• CRM/ERP software familiarity preferred
