About the Role

Professional QS roles for a reputable quantity surveying consultancy handling pre-contract cost planning and tender documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities and cost plans
• Develop tender documents per SBDSL and FIDIC standards
• Apply various methods of measurement standards
• Support pre-contract activities

Requirements

• Quantity Surveyor: BSc QS (UOM) with 2 years experience, or NCT QS/HNDE with 5 years experience
• Junior QS: BSc QS with 1 year experience, or NCT QS/HNDE with 2 years experience
• Pre-contract experience preferred
