About the Role

Travel AI is hiring an OTA & Booking Coordinator (Training/Internship) to manage listings on Airbnb, GetYourGuide, Booking.com, and Viator, and support operational tasks from their Matara office.

Responsibilities

• Manage listings on Airbnb, GetYourGuide, Booking.com, and Viator
• Follow up on task completion and provide operational support
• Assist with system testing and functionality checks
• Organise documents and reports
• Support client communication and sales inquiries
• Collaborate with business, tech, and design teams

Requirements

• Interest in travel, tourism, or online platforms
• Familiarity with major OTA platforms or willingness to learn
• Strong English communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge
