About the Role
Target-driven sales executive needed to grow the solar PV sales portfolio across residential, commercial, and industrial segments for Softlogic Energy.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales strategies for solar PV residential, commercial, and industrial segments
- Assess customer needs and recommend solar solutions
- Build relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Develop sales plans and meet quota targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year in sales and marketing, preferably in solar or renewable energy
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems and net metering
- Bilingual in English and Sinhala
- Age below 35
- Partly qualified in Sales/Marketing
