Responsibilities
- Support process mapping and diagnostic assignments for transitions
- Coordinate project timelines, meetings, and stakeholder collaboration
- Monitor and analyze SLAs and BOIs with reporting
- Validate project payments and assist with budgeting
- Identify and implement process improvements and controls
- Maintain project documentation and manage internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, General Management, Financial Management, or related field
- Partial qualification in CIMA/ACCA/CA preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Project, PowerPoint
- Strong English communication skills
