About the Role
Immediate vacancy at reputed multi-disciplinary consultancy firm for a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong English and IT skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs and cost estimates for construction projects
- Manage contract administration and variations
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Prepare financial reports and valuations
Requirements
- Degree from recognized University or NCT-QS/HND-QS or equivalent
- Over 10 years of experience
- At least 4 years in construction field
- Good English knowledge
- IT skills
