About the Role

HR Manager responsible for payroll processing, employee records, recruitment support, and compliance with Sri Lankan labor laws and EPF/ETF requirements.

Responsibilities

Payroll preparation and monthly salary sheet processing
EPF/ETF and social security contribution calculations
Overtime, incentives, and allowances computation
Employee record maintenance including attendance and leave
Salary disbursement via bank transfer or cash
Payroll and HR reporting
Recruitment support: postings, shortlisting, interviews
Employee onboarding and contract documentation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Accounting, or Commerce
Minimum 2 years HR experience
Knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and compliance
Professional HR qualification (PQHRM, CHRM preferred)
