About the Role
Maintenance engineer role at one of Sri Lanka's leading manufacturing conglomerates, responsible for plant and equipment upkeep.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance on plant machinery
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
- Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Coordinate with production teams to minimise downtime
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of PLC systems and automation an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and fault-diagnosis skills
