About the Role
Lead food and beverage operations at an award-winning boutique leisure property in Weligama, ensuring exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant and F&B operations
- Supervise and train front-of-house and service staff
- Coordinate with kitchen on menu execution and special events
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards
- Monitor revenue, costs, and F&B targets
- Manage stock and supplier relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in F&B management in a star-class property
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management preferred
- Strong English communication skills
- Leadership and team management capabilities
