About the Role
Lead quantity surveying and cost management for construction projects using POME, SMM7, and FIDIC standards at a professional QS consultancy.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Develop cost plans and estimates
- Manage pre-contract and post-contract activities
- Ensure compliance with SBDSL and FIDIC standards
Requirements
- BSc in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 2 years experience or 5 years without BSc
- Pre-contract experience preferred
