About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare and present savoury dishes to restaurant standards
- Supervise commis chefs and kitchen helpers in the section
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and quality standards
- Assist in menu development and recipe testing
Requirements
- Culinary diploma or relevant hotel/restaurant training
- Minimum 2-3 years kitchen experience
- Experience in savoury preparation required
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
