Responsibilities
- Manage all Delifrance outlet operations efficiently
- Achieve sales targets and profitability goals
- Ensure premium food quality and customer experience standards
- Lead, motivate and develop the restaurant team
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality or F&B Management
- 3+ years experience in cafe or restaurant management
- Knowledge of bakery or European cuisine an advantage
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
