About the Role
Drive client acquisition for Sri Lanka's leading recruitment platform by identifying hiring companies, conducting B2B sales calls and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Identify and contact companies that are hiring
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and site visits
- Develop tailored recruitment solutions
- Manage prospect database using CRM tools
- Negotiate and close deals
- Provide post-sale client support
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience in recruitment, HR tech, or job boards
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
