About the Role

Edit 15-20 long-form YouTube videos monthly plus create shorts and reels, manage uploads and content scheduling, design thumbnails, monitor analytics, and collaborate on channel growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Edit at least 15-20 long-form videos per month
• Create shorts and reels for multiple platforms
• Upload and schedule content, design thumbnails
• Monitor analytics and collaborate with creators on growth strategies

Requirements

• 1 year professional video editing experience
• Understanding of YouTube content trends
• Strong English comprehension
• Video editing software proficiency
