About the Role

Support the Head of Apparel Technology in designing and managing learning and development initiatives aligned with Brandix Group's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute L&D strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Design and deliver leadership, technical, and behavioral development programs
• Facilitate workshops, assessment centers, and training sessions
• Manage operational aspects including logistics, resources, and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Apparel Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Minimum 3-4 years in apparel industry or L&D role
