About the Role
Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles, coordinate with clients and internal teams on staffing needs, manage HR operations including attendance and documentation, and maintain recruitment tracking systems.
Responsibilities
- Execute complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding staffing needs
- Provide HR operations support covering attendance, documentation, and compliance
- Maintain recruitment tracking systems and generate reports
- Facilitate communication between head office and site-level operations
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years of recruitment/HR operations experience
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Capability to manage multiple vacancies within tight timeframes
- Proficiency with MS Office and job portal systems
